ABOUT THE ROLE: As Business Manager, you will have a diverse and interesting role, including responsibility for overseeing the financial, commercial and operational functions of the College. You will work closely with the Principal and College Leadership Team to develop and implement financial and strategic plans, manage budgets, and lead a team of administrative staff.The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, with experience in budget planning and monitoring, financial reporting, managing cash flow and capital works. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team are also essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.As an integral member of the College Leadership Team, you will have a visible and relational approach, ensuring that the College’s philosophy, aims, objectives and Mission Statement are reflected in the role, and ensuring that our financial resources are used effectively to support our mission.
